A strong and long standing dedication to journalistic truth, reinforces my no-nonsense motor journalism.
My love of writing started at A-level English, inspiring me to initiate, then edit my high-school student newspaper. Upon reaching university I started out as a reporter for the student newspaper there, eventually in my third year being elected to the position of Editor in Chief.
These roles gave me the skills that I believe have moulded my writing style today. The successful management of two editorial teams, plus effective liaising with university media representatives that increased readership and created national content coverage needs hard work, focus and determination. However, to be successful in journalism and writing, one needs to show passion, true motivation and linguistic skill.
After graduating from The University of Kent with a 2.1 in English Literature, I am now studying for my NCTJ Certificate in Journalism in Bournemouth. Continuing my involvement in journalism will bring me one step closer to my greatest ambition; founding a career in Motor Journalism.
I have followed the motor industry all my life, watching, reading and learning about every aspect of automotive technology. I have put this deep interest together with my journalistic experience to produce my own webpage covering automotive news across the globe.
